Meghan is a Managing Director and Head of the firm’s Aerospace and Defense Investment Banking Practice. Meg brings nearly two decades of investment banking experience, having advised on more than 65 sell side and buy side M&A advisory, corporate divestitures, fairness opinions, restructuring advisory, and capital raises.
For the entirety of her career, she has focused on the aerospace and defense industry and has worked with a wide array of Fortune 500 and international companies, small-caps, entrepreneurs, and private equity owners, Her clients have included most of the World’s leading aerospace and defense contractors and next-generational technology solution providers.
Prior to joining KPMG, Meg was a Partner AGC Partners where she was Head of Defense Technology. Previously, she served as Senior Vice President within the Investment Banking group at Houlihan Lokey. Additionally, she has served as an associate at Harris Williams and an analyst at SunTrust Robinson Humphrey.
