Nic Janneck is a Partner involved in all aspects of the investment process including sourcing, diligence and execution of new investments. Nic currently serves on the Boards of Directors of Micronics Engineered Filtration, McFarlane Aviation, Jet Parts Engineering and Spectra A&D.
Prior to joining Vance Street in 2010, Nic was in the Investment Banking Group at J.P. Morgan, participating in the execution of a variety of transactions including mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financings across various industries.
Nic lives in Pacific Palisades with his wife and two children. He’s actively involved with Chrysalis, a non-profit organization that helps disadvantaged people prepare for, find, and keep jobs. In his free time, he enjoys golf, skiing, USC football, and coaching his kids’ sports teams.
Nic graduated summa cum laude from the University of Southern California with a BS in Business Administration and a BS in Accounting
