Dr. Mullins joined CSP in October 2023 to help lead the firm’s strategic and transaction advisory practices, after a 22+ year career in the global aerospace and defense industry. Rob served most recently as Senior Vice President, Corporate Strategy & Development for Lockheed Martin Corporation. Earlier, he served as Executive Vice President, Corporate Strategy and M&A at Cobham plc in the United Kingdom, as well as Senior Vice President, Corporate Strategy at Alliant Techsystems (ATK). As an elected officer and direct report to five CEOs, Rob is skilled at leading management teams and boards of directors through periods of strategic change, culminating in actionable M&A strategies and successful deal execution, to include acquisitions, divestitures and other forms of strategic transactions. He began his career in the defense industry on the Corporate Strategy & Technology staff at Northrop Grumman Corporation.
Dr. Mullins holds a bachelor’s degree in Government from Franklin & Marshall College, a master’s degree in Public and International Affairs from the University of Pittsburgh and a doctorate from King’s College, University of London.
