Mike Iacono is a Partner in EY’s Aerospace & Defense Strategy and Transactions practice and the aerospace & defense sector leader for EY’s east region in the US. Mike advises his corporate and private equity clients on acquisitions, divestitures and joint ventures and has extensive experience working on complex transactions in the sector over the last 20 years. His aerospace & defense transaction experience has spanned helicopter and aircraft manufacturing, aircraft recycling, aerospace component manufacturing, satellite manufacturing, space related products, unmanned systems, maintenance and logistics services, systems engineering, simulation and training, C4ISR products and services, physical and technical security services, air and ground communications, cyber security, and federal IT services. Mike earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Notre Dame. He is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in Virginia.Sessions
