Beginning of 2021, Andrea Lübke was appointed Senior VP of Corporate Strategy at MTU Aero Engines, where in addition to her main role, she also covers corporate mergers and acquisitions and innovation management.

Prior to her current function, Andrea has spent more than 15 years at MTU Mainte-nance in a variety of senior executive positions, including in purchasing and program management, as well as Managing Director of MTU’s leasing and asset management arm in Amsterdam.

Before joining MTU, she worked for Commerzbank and for several IT- and technology start-ups. Andrea has a Master’s Degree in Economics from Leuphana University in Lüneburg, Germany.
